George Will Misses Some of the Dems Backstairs Strategy

George Will gives the liberals a well-deserved hiding by exposing just a bit of their crooked chicanery concerning Wal-Mart, which the Chicago Alderman's Council tried to punish---Richard Daley vetoed the stupidity and has now prevailed, as the tube announced an hour ago.

Actually, however, besides pandering to the union membership base---most of whom probably shop at Wal-Mart anyway---the Dems have another agenda at work.

Target has the same anti-union policies and lack of health benefits as Wal-Mart, but seems to escape the MSM hack-attack barrage of articles and the Dem Party political B-List's hack-attacks in the usual pious posturing blowhards like Biden and Kerry assume when posing as the working man's friend.

The probable reason for part of the immunity Target enjoys is its connections with the most hilariously deranged US Senator outside of Alaska's Ted Stevens, the delusional eccentric Mark Dayton [D--Minn]. Dayton's family not only owns Target, but big-name Dem eminence griseJames A. Johnson who collaborates with fellow gray eminence Richard Holbrooke to boost Target's stock and to keep the Target contributions coming to rad-left Senatorialwhack-jobs like Dayton and energizer-bunny prima ditzas Mikulski in MD and Boxer in CA.

I have to be careful about what I say about contributions, however, as even the unaccountable exempt MSM Great White Snark NYT had a public apology today [lost link] for the massive misrepresentatons in its latest article on Wal-Mart[who must have trotted out megatons of lawyer-power to reduce the arrogant Pravda on the Hudson to ritual self-abasement].

Remember Franklin Raines and the RICO scheme the top brass at Fannie Mae had erected to fleece the taxpayer of gazillions in faked pay bonuses? Of course you don't, because the MSM and its retinue of toadies sank that story like a stone---studied neglect, they used to call it back in civilized times.

And guess what? Target Board Member and former Fannie Mae CEOJames A. Johnson had his fingerprints all over that scam too! Not even Michael Milken could have come up with a better RICO scam than the Fannie Mae fleecing, though as a Dem consultant, he could be involved in this Wal-Mart smear himself.

So when you see the parade of pandering poo-bahs like Biden and Kerry and Richardson [who should know better] trooping out to Iowa for photo-ops in front of a couple hundred union hacks bussed to their pseudo-event for eye-candy, bear in mind that Target is part of the agenda the Dems are promoting when they bash price-slasher Wal-Mart.
