WaPo/ABC Poll Samples 33% Dem, 23% GOP

Read this enthusiastic article by Dan Balz and Jon Cohen about the WaPo/ABC poll and then scroll waaaaaaay down at the detailed results to the very last box. Here's a sample of what I wrote to the Post:

In August, 2012, 42% of a huge poll of Americans considered themselves Republicans. This poll is a joke, but Balz and Cohen write as though this is a valid survey. Shame on them and shame on the Post. ABC has been in the tank for Obama and now we can say, the Post doesn't want any phone calls from Chicago Mob Enforcer Axelrod. The Post learned their lesson when Gallup caved under threat of a DoJ lawsuit.

Soon this skewed farce of a poll will be trumpeted over the networks & cable outlets, with only Fox noting the outrageous false premises of this supposed snapshot of how the race for POTUS is faring.
