The Wall Street Journal notes that collection of silly judges sitting in SF has had two more of its zany decisions sent to SCOTUS where adults will survey the latest pranks these kiddie-korps-victims of bad acid have played on the US judicial system.
The first puts judges rather than admirals in charge of the US Navy in order to protect the whales.
The second berates a corporation for charging TOO LITTLE for bandwidth online.
These pernicious monkeys with their porn sites online should make moot the concept of contempt of court---since this court is contemptible!
"Much have I seen and known; cities of men And manners, climates, councils, governments, ...the fortune of us that are the moon's men doth ebb and flow like the sea, being govern'd, as the sea is, by the moon" [Henry IV, I.ii.31-33] HISTORY NEVER REPEATS ITSELF, BUT IT OFTEN RHYMES "There is a Providence that protects idiots, drunkards, children and the United States of America." Otto von Bismarck
