Guess Which Word Reuters Doesn't Employ?

The ultra-left journo-activists at Reuters are quick to quote Pres Bush in an unscripted moment using the ess-word, but read the following for the euphemisms these Hells Angels wannabes use for "TERRORIST."
Reuters gleefully quotes an Iranian Hizbollah representative who has recruited 2000 layabouts for "martyrdom-seeking operations." Gosh, doesn't that seem like a suicide bomber? Probably to attack civilians in a cowardly way? Looks like the French mode is catching on, as well as French linguistic deformities.

Recall that Hamas had a terrorist self-destruct in Israel a couple of months ago and the Hamas called the operation "an act of self-defense." Did the cowardly suicide-nutcase attack a military target? No, this "act of self-defense" was against civilians shopping in a crowded area, where the death toll would be higher. Typically brainless, the Arab terrorist managed to kill a couple of Palestinians or Israeli Arabs along with several Jewish victims.

Reuters and the International Left keep propounding terrorism as though it were a new style or fashion trend, even though they will not employ the word "terrorism" in their PR activities. Hollyweird has several movies out and in preparation giving the terrorist point of view. The NYT abstains from using the word "terrorist" unless quoting an official. I watched a UP "political correspondent" try to browbeat Peter Beinart on C-Span. Beinart was relentlessly moderate and the ancient leftist fossil named Sieff tried to get Beinart, a very clever and principled former editor of The New Republic, to sign onto Sieff's Marxist gibberish. Beinart politely gelded this specimen of why the Left went wrong without breaking a sweat.

The self-destructive nihilism of the Far Left has been apparent for decades, but some anachronisms like North Korea and Cuba keep on keeping on, though their economies are on life support or morphine-drip. New nitwits like Chavez in Venezuela and Evo Morales in Bolivia keep swallowing the Kool-Aid. Mexico narrowly dodged a leftist bullet that would have crippled its already corrupt kleptocracy beyond hope of repair, sparing the US several million more hopeless economic illegals and giving Mexico at least a glimmer of hope. But I read a laughable piece in the Boston Globe which made the Obrador defeat appear a catastrophe for the poor and the PAN victory a triumph for the status quo. Exactly the opposite of reality, but par for the clueless Globe, where dogma trumps journalism ten times out of ten.

Read the Reuters link above for another MSM excursion into a maze of funhouse mirrors where everything is distorted beyond recognition.
