LA Times Hilariously Stuck on Stupid

Both Jay Leno and Conan O'Brien recited the same joke Thursday night, I believe. FEMA has revealed that millions of dollars it disbersed for Katrina were spent on porn videos, Girls Gone Wild, and strip joints. The rest of the money was wasted.

Aside from this peek into LA nepotistic jokesters, the always stupifyingly self-righteously vapid Los Angeles Times gives another reason for its parent company at the Chicago Tribune to sell this Turkey real fast, cuz like fish, it is rotting from the head down!

Link it if you want to see just how much the long-term effects of smog have evidently had degenerative effects on the frontal lobes of the LAT cenobite crew. But here is a sample of out-and-out idiocy:
For every "Girls Gone Wild" video purchased, thousands of families used their cards for clothing, food and temporary shelter without having to deal with federal red tape.
Now there is just no way for the omniscient crew at the LAT editorial board to know this is a fact. Not that the San Fernando Valley needs any proof. The Oprahfication super-falsetto proof:
But obsessing about the spending habits of refugees comes perilously close to blaming the victim.
Who's obsessing when auditors do their job? I'll bet there are more obsessive-compulsive hyper-neurotics per capita at the LAT than at any MSM news outlet.

But I would never be so stupid as to claim that as a fact, as the LAT editorial crew do about the "thousands of dollars" above.
