Since his job there is to reconcile the Indian, Paki, and Afghan leaderships with one another, his penalty-box isolation from all of them [the Afghans simply find him a repulsive jerk] have reduced him to making sure his boss Hillary is not implicated in the soon-to-come catastrophe in South Asia.
