The Beeb isn't always a supporter of feckless UN incompetence. Failed-state Somalia is rapidly becoming an HQ for Al Qaeda networking through pirates, including a "semi-autonomous" region known as "Puntland" on the tip of the Horn of Africa. Somali "political" types appear to be in cahoots with the pirates, and the witless morons of international patty-cake diplomacy [AKA Germans] are sending captured pirates to Kenya, where corrupt "politicians" and "judges" will auction the creepy terrorists back to Somalia to the highest bidders, sparking more piratical seizures to pay off the Kenyan "legal" system, infested with bigamists and drunks like Obama's feckless father.
