Robert Kagan on American Decline as Foreign Hegemon

Robert Kagan wrote Balkan Ghosts and I have read parts of several other of his books on American Exceptionalism.

The link above is to an article in the WSJ which scared Obungler so much that when he heard that Kagan was Mitt's foreign policy advisor, he pissed himself and rewrote the SOTU address.
